Dolans Bay is located 26 kilometres south of the Sydney CBD and sits on the north shore of the Port Hacking.  The suburb is named after the small bay near the mouth of Burraneer Bay which features a private marina and slipway with full repair facilities.  There’s a public boat ramp at the end of Port Hacking Road.

The suburb is made up of family homes, some with waterviews and waterfronts.
